What is PSTN?

PSTN is Public Switched Telephone Network. It is a global voice communications telephone network, including commercial and government.

PBX and IP-UC

PBX (also called PABX): Private Branch Exchange is a telephone network in the company. It is economical and simple.

IP-UC: based on IP. It could provide the same functions as PBX and integrate voice and data to save cost such as deployment, use and maintenance. It is expandable and easy to upgrade.

VoIP

VoIP: Voice over Internet Protocol

NGN

IP-CC

IP-CC is a Contact Center which is based on IP. It takes full use of CTI to keep contact with your customers and share your customers’ demands in order to serve them well. IP-CC is a workgroup, including agents, IVR, fax, voice mail, etc. They can communicate with each other and share the resource over Internet. It can set up the relation between operation system and OA system. IP-UC

FXO、FXS

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is defined by IETF. It is a control protocol of application layer, based on IP. SIP will not defined or limited usable operations. Some problems, such as transmission, service quality, charge and safety is processed by basic core network and other protocols. SIP is widely supported by Microsoft, AOL, IETF, and 3GPP, etc. It could protect carrier’s investment and is provided with advanced technology and business value.
